אני מטפל בגישת CBT (טיפול קוגניטיבי-התנהגותי) ו-ACT (טיפול בקבלה ומחוייבות) ומלווה מבוגרים המתמודדים עם חרדה חברתית, פאניקה, חרדת בריאות, פוביות, OCD כולל טורדנות במערכות יחסים, דיכאון ופוסט טראומה.
בטיפול אני שם דגש על עבודה משותפת שמחוברת למה שחשוב בחיים, לצד התמודדות עם הקשיים והסימפטומים המגבילים. המטרה היא לא רק להפחית מצוקה, אלא לאפשר תנועה לכיוון חיים מלאים ומשמעותיים יותר.
אני מאמין בגישה לא שיפוטית ומכבדת, וביצירת מרחב בטוח שבו אפשר לעצור, לחקור, ולהתחיל ביחד לזוז קדימה בקצב שמתאים לך.
