שלום, אני נועה כהן, עובדת סוציאלית קלינית (MSW) ופסיכותרפיסטית הממוקמת בתל אביב. אני מציעה טיפול פסיכודינמי אינטגרטיבי למבוגרים, בפגישות פרונטליות או אונליין.
אני עובדת עם אנשים המבקשים לחוש תחושת סיפוק גדולה יותר בחייהם כיום, למרות חוויות עבר מכאיבות, ושמעוניינים להעמיק את המודעות הרגשית, תחושת העצמי והבנת האחר. הגישה הטיפולית שלי משלבת עקרונות פסיכודינמיים, כלים מהטיפול הדינמי חווייתי מואץ (AEDP), ומיומנויות מהטיפול הדיאלקטי-התנהגותי (DBT) ו-EMDR, בהישענות על מחקר עדכני בתחומי הטראומה, החרדה והיחסים הבינאישיים.
מטרת הטיפול היא לחזק את תחושת הרווחה האישית, האיזון הרגשי והסיפוק הכללי מהחיים. במפגשים נחקור דפוסים בין־אישיים, אמונות יסוד והחוויה הרגשית הפנימית שלך, כפי שהיא מתבטאת ביחסים, בגוף ובתודעה. בהתאם לצורך, נשלב מיינדפולנס, מודעות גופנית וכלים לוויסות רגשי, כגון תרגילי נשימה ותרגילי קרקוע מובנים, כדי לתמוך בתחושת נוכחות ולחזק את היכולת לעמידות ולחמלה עצמית.
קצת עליי: אני בעלת תואר ראשון בפסיכולוגיה מאוניברסיטת בר־אילן ותואר שני בעבודה סוציאלית מאוניברסיטת תל אביב, שם אני גם מועמדת לדוקטורט בעבודה סוציאלית. יש לי מעל שבע שנות ניסיון קליני בעבודה עם אנשים המתמודדים עם טראומה מורכבת, דינמיקות משפחתיות וזוגיות, חרדה, דיכאון, הגירה, התבגרות ובניית זהות, הורות, אתגרי בריאות וקשיים הקשורים לאכילה.

Hello, I'm Noa Cohen, a Clinical Social Worker (MSW, licensed in Israel), and a psychotherapist based in Tel Aviv. I provide individual, integrative psychodynamic therapy for adults, both in person and online.
I work with individuals who wish to feel more fulfilled in their present lives despite painful or limiting past experiences, and who seek to deepen their emotional awareness, sense of self, and understanding of others. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic principles, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), EMDR, and selected skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work is guided by contemporary research on trauma, anxiety, and interpersonal relationships.
The goal of therapy is to enhance your subjective well-being, emotional balance, and overall satisfaction with life. In our sessions, we’ll explore relational patterns, core beliefs, and your inner emotional experience of yourself and the world. When appropriate, we will incorporate mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotion-regulation tools, such as breathing techniques and structured grounding exercises, to support embodiment and strengthen your capacity for resilience and self-compassion.
A bit about me: I hold a BA in Psychology from Bar Ilan University and an MSW from Tel Aviv University, where I am currently a PhD candidate in Social Work. I bring over seven years of clinical experience and have worked with individuals navigating complex trauma, relationship and family dynamics, anxiety, depression, immigration, emerging adulthood, parenthood, health challenges, and eating-related concerns.
